When it comes to the housing market, the first rule to remember is  Luck favors the prepared. The more time you take to be intentional and deliberate with either the pre-approval process of buying or preparing your home to be market ready, each will pay great dividends in the long run.

Something that most people do not know/realize about the real estate industry is  IT IS ON FIRE! During this global pandemic, the good news is the real estate market is pressing forward and will continue to do so as we move on from our current environment of social distancing.

When it comes time to relax, I like to  Curl up with a good book and binge read cover to cover.

When I get home from work, the first thing I do is  celebrate my arrival with my dog, Pepper, a 13-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. It’s like being welcomed by a parade of happiness.

In high school, I was always known as  the music and theater geek.

My family thinks I am  excruciatingly optimistic like Pollyanna.

My latest favorite book is  March, by Geraldine Brooks. It’s a re-telling of Little Women from the father’s perspective.

My passion can be best described as  Pouring into people. I am completely in love with my career; it aligns perfectly with my passion to empower, love and serve my community.

If I gave myself a gift, it would be  to get my piano tuned!

When I think of the perfect day, it begins and ends with  some quiet time, a good book and maybe a snuggle from someone I love.

Something that most people don’t know about me is  I love writing poetry, especially for children. My hidden desire is to publish and spend some time giving words to all of the silly thoughts running around in my mind.

The best advice I ever received was given to me  by my grandmother who helped raise me. She advised, “You must be very brave.” Her words ring true in just about every situation I can imagine.
