The best Valentine’s Day ever must include the Special Lady in my life.

A motto that I live by is keep doing all I can.

Something that most people don’t know about me is I’m at least 50 percent a hermit.

The secret to fitness is staying active. Looking for physical challenges, not for comforts.

If I could go back 25 years and whisper something in my own ear, I would say, “Live your life just as you’re going to.”

My favorite place to relax is my beach cottage.

If I hit the Mega Millions Lottery, the first thing I’d do is pay the taxes on it.

My favorite memory from 2018 is I survived and I’m still kickin’.

For a great day trip, try hiking Old Rag Mountain (but not on a weekend).

My business model is founded upon the idea to help as many people as we can to have a healthier life.

If I could have dinner with any three people, living or dead, I’d have dinner with my Dad, Beryl Markham and Nelson Mandela.

My favorite way to spend a day off is in the morning—walking the beach with my dog; in the afternoon riding my horse in the woods; and in the evening, being with The Lady.

I am most grateful for my family.

A book I can always reread is just one? OK, Cold Mountain.

There’s nothing better than that infatuation energy.

My personal message to the people reading this article is: “Pause to be thankful every day.”
