I love the month of April because it’s the month of the last frost here in Virginia so that means it’s vegetable gardening season!

If I could go to the concert of any musician, living or dead, I would go to see Nina Simone.
My favorite activity with my family is making food, whether it’s family recipes or something new.
My idea of relaxing involves playing in the dirt in my yard and garden.
What makes a business successful is an environment in which collaboration is encouraged, and everyone feels validated and engaged.
The book from which I have learned the most is The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabella Wilkerson. My mind was blown; it was a history I didn’t learn in school and didn’t know was missing from my understanding of the world.
