I love to do it.” The heart for serving the community around the Gilberts comes naturally. Janet used to be a practicing nurse and shares her husband’s affinity for working hard to help others.

Because of the restoration and clean up demands, the Gilberts recently decided to purchase a second SERVPRO franchise on the southside and plan to relocate to a larger building to allow for comfortable growth and better service.
When asked about any further plans to expand Chip says, “We are focusing on what we have going on now. I like to follow a quote from Raving Fans that says ‘identify what you’re going to be good at and be great at it.”

Despite having a heavy workload and expanding the business, the Gilberts still take time to get away and relax. Chip likes to ride ATVs and enjoy the outdoors through a round of golf.
